1.Design Objective

Quick connectors are needed for pressure and function testing。

• 使用压力>35Mpa（液压油环境30Mpa）；
• 泄露率：1×10^3 mbar x l/s；
• 温度范围（测试环境温度）；
• 流体介质；液体，气体（如：液压油，冷却液，压缩空气，氢气等）
• 管子材质（金属，塑料）；
• 手动，半自动，自动化的设计场景限制；（手动，气动）
• 耐腐蚀：使用寿命期限内不产生致命性腐蚀；
• 安装空间的限制；
• 学习成本低，生手能够操作。

3.Design Accessment

• 管路适配时间越少越好；
• 泄露情况压力越高，泄露越少越好；
• 使用耐久性，时间越长越好；
• 易上手；
• 空间占用越少越好。
