- 面对客户的需求,执行过程所遇到的:技术风险,商务风险,质量风险;分辨能够承担的风险和不能够承担的风险(risk based thinking)。并通过合理的方式,能够将不能够承担的某种风险传递给能够承担此种风险的供应商;(专业的人做专业的事情)
- 是不是所有的事情都值得去花时间做PDCA的分析,如何能够把重要的事情区分出来,做分析。同时细小的事情,能都给与较大的自由的空间。(分轻重缓急)
- 如何评估质量管理的好与坏?品质,成本,交期(绩效评估与反馈)
- 执行力的保证在于什么?权力的有效利用,需要给执行分配足够的人事权和财政权;有职责无权限,推动项目进展很难。(执行力的保证)
- 如何能够利用QMS从规避风险的应用,转变成为寻找到机遇?(机遇)
- 如何避免流于形式的文件,只是为了应付审查ISO9001资格证书,没有真正应用到公司开展业务的环节。造成人员和时间的浪费。
