- 面对客户的需求，执行过程所遇到的：技术风险，商务风险，质量风险；分辨能够承担的风险和不能够承担的风险（risk based thinking）。并通过合理的方式，能够将不能够承担的某种风险传递给能够承担此种风险的供应商；(专业的人做专业的事情）
- 是不是所有的事情都值得去花时间做PDCA的分析，如何能够把重要的事情区分出来，做分析。同时细小的事情，能都给与较大的自由的空间。（分轻重缓急）
- 如何评估质量管理的好与坏？品质，成本，交期（绩效评估与反馈）
- 执行力的保证在于什么？权力的有效利用，需要给执行分配足够的人事权和财政权；有职责无权限，推动项目进展很难。（执行力的保证）
- 如何能够利用QMS从规避风险的应用，转变成为寻找到机遇？（机遇）
- 如何避免流于形式的文件，只是为了应付审查ISO9001资格证书，没有真正应用到公司开展业务的环节。造成人员和时间的浪费。
